This is a crazy group that I started listening to recently, they're like a fusion between post-rock, metal, and punk. Definitely worth a listen, bassist and drummer are sicknasty imo.

Cage The Elephant

Recently an awesome game called Borderlands came out (check that shit out too), and as part of their marketing campaign they released a series of commercials that use the song "Ain't no rest for the wicked" by a group I'd never heard of called Cage the Elephant. Needless to say this shit sounds fucking awesome, so I looked them up and I have to say I am quite pleased with their self titled debut album. The southern influence in this rock band comes through with the guitar riffs and provides a nice change up from most of the shit that's on rock stations now. Like metallica. Fuck metallica.
